Submission Guidelines

To submit a recipe, you can email Jaidi and she will add you as a contributor.

You can post any recipes you want. Please be sure to follow these two simple guideline.

Please include the title of the recipe in the subject line, and only the recipe itself in the post.

Also, we would like to be able to divide the recipes up by the type. So please include labels on your recipes. Labels are put on your post at the bottom of the edit post window. Labels can be as simple as main dish or dessert to Chicken or beef or however you want to label it. Just make it easy for someone to find.

Meatloaf Cupcakes

1 pound hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 eggs
3 slices Bacon, cooked crispy
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ketchup + for topping
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Grated Cheese, aprox. 1 cup

Cook onion and hamburger, drain off fat. Mix meat and onions with eggs, celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, mustard, ketchup and bacon.
Fill cupcake cups ¾ full.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover with ketchup and grated cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

Make a double batch and once cool, wrap individually in saran wrap and freeze. Then just pop them in the microwave and you have an easy lunch or snack.
