Pineapple Whip

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tablespoons flour

Mix the above and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 Tablespoons of butter
Chill.

Mix in:
8 ounces of Cool Whip
1 bag miniature marshmallows
Sliced bananas
Maraschino Cherries, cut into quarters if desired.
Decorate the top with Maraschino Cherries

This is a family recipe and I basically had to figure it out, so sorry about not having better measurements. Just use as many bananas as seems to fit your mood. I'm guessing about two. But we usually quadruple this recipe, so it's hard for me to figure and we put bananas in until it "looked right". We also made the "sauce" part a day or two ahead and then mixed it all together just before eating. The bananas will turn brown rather quickly, but it's still yummy! We always cut the Maraschino cherries into quarters for the part that was mixed in and then halved them to lay on top for decoration, usually making a star pattern. Not sure why we cut them up, not exactly necessary so do whatever pleases you! Again not sure of the amount, just until it looks right? hehe. I would think one regular sized jar for the above amounts. I'll make it this year and pay attention to the amounts and update you all.
