Submission Guidelines

To submit a recipe, you can email Jaidi and she will add you as a contributor.

You can post any recipes you want. Please be sure to follow these two simple guideline.

Please include the title of the recipe in the subject line, and only the recipe itself in the post.

Also, we would like to be able to divide the recipes up by the type. So please include labels on your recipes. Labels are put on your post at the bottom of the edit post window. Labels can be as simple as main dish or dessert to Chicken or beef or however you want to label it. Just make it easy for someone to find.

Christmas Raspberry Crunch

This is one of my mom's recipes, though I am fairly certain she got it from somewhere else, I do not know where that was, and since she is no longer with us, I can't ask her. But it is wonderful!


Christmas Raspberry Crunch

2 cups crushed pretzels
3 tbx sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1 12oz carton whipped topping
1 16oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 6oz package Raspberry Gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 10oz package Frozen raspberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crush pretzels with rolling pin. Mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9X13 baking pan. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar uintil fluffy. Mix in whipped topping. Fold in drained pinepple. Spread mixture onto colled pretzels crust. Dissolve gelatin  in boiling water. Mix in frozen raspberries. Place gelatin in refrigerator till syrupy. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate till set. Garnish with whipped cream.

Makes 12 servings
