Vegetable Smorgasbord

Hi Y'All!
I'm sending out a request for your best vegetable dish.
Rules: It has to have a vegetable in it, the end.
And because I loves y'all soooo much, the first 5 entries get a set of dishcloths...
like these:
(And by set I mean two of these bad boys. Trust me, you really, really want them.)
Thanks
Pokeyann

Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Garnish with cherry tomato roses. (Cut a circle at the bottom of a cherry tomato, without cutting all the way through, and continue cutting around the tomato making a long, thin strip of skin. Roll up from the end and set on attached circular base.)

My favorite is french style green beans with a can of cream of mushroom soup over top. I don't like the onions on top. Anyway, I know it's totally lame and used, but I just like it!
