Pasta something or other

It as been a while since the last post on this blog...you'd think people were busy with Thanksgiving and Christmas...

I decided that I would post one of my favorite recipes. It is an easy one, but takes a little bit of time.

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef or mild italian sausage
1 pound pasta (Rotini, butterfly, or like noodles)
1 pound of cheese
1 can of corn
2 cans of diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes

Boil past first. Drain and return to pan. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add in the corn and tomatoes. Mix. Add the meat in and stir. Serve hot.

Last week when we made this, we used the sausage for the first time. It was amazing and much better than the ground beef. If you use the ground beef, I would highly recommend adding some of your favorite beef seasoning.

Hope you enjoy it. It is great, and if anyone can come up with a good name for it...Kudos for you. I'd make it a give-away, but lets be honest, I have no money and no means to do it as a give-away...So just Kudos to whoever comes up with the best name...We have called it Cheesy beefy mac stuff. That doesn't work with Sausage.

Enjoy~

By the way...this makes a pretty good size portion. It usually feeds us for 3 days!
